A quick and festive treat made with just three ingredients, perfect for last-minute celebrations and parties. This colorful bark combines creamy white chocolate with rainbow sprinkles and graduation-themed candy confetti for a fun and crunchy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate chips or wafers (preferably Ghirardelli or Callebaut)
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) rainbow sprinkles (including stars and dots for extra visual pop)
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) graduation-themed candy confetti or nonpareils
  • Optional: handful of chopped nuts like pistachios or almonds

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a 9×13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring frequently until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a roughly 1/4-inch (6 mm) thick layer.
  4. Quickly sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles and candy confetti over the melted chocolate, pressing lightly to ensure they stick.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for 30-45 minutes until the bark is firm and set.
  6. Lift the bark from the sheet using the parchment paper and break into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Do not overheat the chocolate to avoid seizing. Use high-quality white chocolate for best results. Spread chocolate evenly for easy breaking. Add sprinkles quickly before chocolate sets. Store bark in airtight container in fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months. For faster setting, chill in freezer for 15-20 minutes but watch closely to avoid brittleness.
