  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the ripe avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the pit carefully using a spoon or knife. Scoop the flesh into your mixing bowl.
  2. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado until you reach your preferred texture.
  3. Pour in 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice and stir to combine.
  4. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of sea salt over the mixture. Stir well and taste. Adjust salt if needed.
  5. Give your guacamole a final taste and adjust lime juice or salt as desired.

Notes

Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning if not serving immediately. Adding the avocado pit back into the bowl can also help keep it fresh longer.
