A quick and easy no-bake cheesecake dip with cinnamon-sugar swirls that tastes like churros. Ready in just 5 minutes, perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons (3045 ml) milk (whole or almond milk for dairy-free option)
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out for 30 minutes or microwaving for 15 seconds if in a rush.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar using an electric mixer or hand whisk until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix in ground cinnamon and vanilla extract, continuing to mix for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of milk to thin the dip; add up to 1 tablespoon more if a thinner consistency is desired. The dip should be smooth and scoopable but not runny.
  5. In a small bowl, stir together granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for the topping.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix evenly on top. Swirl with a toothpick or skewer to create a marbled effect.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes for a firmer dip. If chilled and too stiff, let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Softening the cream cheese is essential to avoid lumps. Use an electric mixer for the smoothest texture but avoid overmixing. Add milk gradually to control dip consistency. Swirling the cinnamon-sugar topping adds flavor and visual appeal. Store leftovers covered in the fridge up to 3 days; stir in milk before serving if thickened.
