Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  3. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
  6. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until shrimp are opaque and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning. Adjust Sriracha amount to control heat level. Serve with lime wedges for extra zest.
